Asst Service Manager Gregg Morgan was wonderful. Gustavo Rangel who helped me last Saturday in Gregg’s absence, ordered a new window switch which arrived today (Monday). Gregg then took me in and had the car repaired in record time and got me on my way. I really feel like Longo Toyota cares about their customers. Five out of five stars for Longo!

Jeremy was really nice. HOWEVER, I brought my car in to fix a flat tire and was told it could not be patched given the location of the nail (was told it was too close to the edge). I would have bought the tire but was not in stock and was informed it would take two days to come in. The price quoted was a little over $200. I decided to take my car to my long time mechanic who said the nail was nowhere near the edge and He patched up my tire for $22. ???? This is the second time I’ve had an issue coming here (the first issue was my brakes making noises and needing to be replaced). My car is not even two years old and should NOT be having issues like this.
