When I bought my new car it was missing a driver side front door guard. So longo ordered it and said they would install it when I dove from the San Fernando valley when they did my luxe care service. My appointment was schedule for 1045 am. When I checked in they told me that I needed to have an appointment to install the door guard then they would do the luxe care. They could not give me an appointment till 2pm. Then afterwards they would do the luxe care. So a 3 hour day turned into a 6 hour day. They shuttle was able to take us to the nearest mall but was not able to bring us back to longo so we had to use lyft to get back. All of this because my new car was missing a part!
