Ryan Matthes is and always has been a top-notch service manager at Longo. He cares about his customers and always wants to provide the best service. I trust his advice and all he does to help me each time I have my car serviced. You should be very proud to have a person of Ryan’s caliber on your team there at Longo. Mr. Monte Cervantes chose not to make it clear to me of what was the charges that I paid on 1-21-2019. I told him that I would like to include the new antenna also. I confirmed with him twice that he included the item in the order. His answer was ‘Yes’. He told me that I should receive a call or text to confirm the order was in by 1-23-2019. I waited for the cal, none. I inquired on 1-25-2019. Jeffrey confirmed with me over the phone, the part came in on Wed. I found out later that the order did not include the antenna. It’s either Mr Cervantes was not understanding my need or just ignored it totally. Seems to me that he just wanted me to go and make payment so he can move on to other matter. I am very disappointed with Longo service this time, Being trustworthy is important in business. This incident fails to affirm it though.
Mr Cervantes failed to give me thorough explanation of what I was charged for, I was misled by his response to my questions.
