First, I appreciate Longo's services 90% of the time. Almost always you guys are the #1. I have been going to Longo ever since my mother's first car. However, this service on this specific day was not to your 'Longo Standards. On 1/19/19, I went in for a repair of my alloy wheel. It took 2 days to finish the job. That wasn't my issue. The issue was when the car was returned; it had alot of overspray of clear coat that you guys put on the wheel for protection. I had the service advisor assist me to get the overspray off, but the 'detailers' failed to remove the overspray from the windshield and some parts of the body of the car. In the end, I had to go to a trusted detailer to fix the overspray which was costly. It was so difficult to see through the windshield on my way home. As a Lifetime Longo customer, I know this was a fluke in your service standards, but as a customer and as a 'family' I wanted to reach out and mention this experience. Thank you. ; ****-****-xxxx
