It was a 15t miles check/service of my 2018 camry when I check the services documents being done there is a charge on synthetic engine oil but it was not really been change oil because the oil on its dip stick still dark brown. That when I call your service pers they said that my car’s mileage is only 8t mileage and I need to return when it is already 10t mileage run. Why did you charge the toyota of synthetic oil wherein it was not really change the oil and I was not inform that my car should be brought back when its reaches the complete 10t mileage.

This is my first Toyota care appointment under 5000 miles service. The service include a oil change and some minor inspection checks. It took almost 4 hrs to get my vehicle back. It was one hour over the promised time. The vechile was not even washed and returned back to me. I was so disappointed to received that kind of service from Toyota.

It was a really bad experience, it took over 2 and 1/2 hours to do an oil change and I never got an update on my car, I had to call the manager to help me, and I came to find out my car was still not ready but he took over and got it done

Monte is very knowledgeable of his job! and helpful to the customer. The technician named Jay jay called and informed me of the problem of my truck.
I advised him to fix the check engine first coz soon I will take the truck for smog test. Monte advised me that my truck will be ready at 3:00PM and before 3:00PM I received a call that my truck is ready and picked it up and no more check engine. My experience with the advisor and the mechanic were 100 percent positive.????????
