The main reason I brought my car in was to fix the rubber frame around my driver side window, as well as getting regular maintenance done. The rubber part was not in stock and now I need to bring my car back to Longo a second time to complete the job.

Jason was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the services we would receive and even explain our remaining warranty in detail after I had asked. He did not rush us through the information at all which was rare and appreciated. His service is one of the main reasons why we would prefer to drive an additional 30 minute to come to this location.

i arrived at 08:35 and was not able to leave until around 14:15. almost six hours for the tech to drive my truck 9 miles and clear some history codes. the truck is fixed and i am happy with his job but i was not happy with the amount of time i had to wait even though i set an appointment for my service the day before. according to my text alerts my vehicle wasn’t touched until around 11:00 which is about 2 hours after my appointment time. what was the purpose of my appointment?
