Kayla was great in her recommendations for my car. She offered to save me money on the Toyota Care Plus extension. Gave me information on the car service maintenance because of the high mileage I drive. For $329 I can get 2 extra oil changes and 20,000 additional miles. She under promised the service time and over delivered. I was told it would take 2 hours, but it only took 59 minutes.
Great job Kayla and she is a great valued team member.
