I've always enjoyed taking my car to Longo, I've been taking my car there since 2003 when I bought my car now I have a 2016 Corolla and the staff is always so pleasant and polite, Johan was very nice and treated me like if he knew me....I drove one hour in the rain to take my vehicle there, i could've taking it to a Toyota closer to my house but i love my Longo Toyota.....keep us coming back to you guys guys never change your customer service that's why you keep growing

I was told I could not get my car washed upon completion of my service. Later, while waiting for my car, I was sitting next to another customer when a young emplotee told he customer his car was ready and she was going to make sure his car was washed and vacuumed before he leaves. Why could I not get my car washed after asking for it, and yet this customer did not ask for that service and was told he would get his car washed and vacuumed? Why the double standard? Thank you
