Actually Alexis was fine and have no issue with him. Your tech who serviced my vehicle damaged my very expensive window tint. I would respect you guys if you would have said something, but you just delivered my car like I wouldn’t notice it. I know it was during the service because (A) the scratches weren’t there before I brought the vehicle in and (B) the work performed required the removal of the interior headliner exactly where the scratches are. I would appreciate a resolution to this. Thank you.
