I came in to get my locks fixed. Monte was great at making sure my warranty covered the parts and that they were in stock. I was given an estimate time of my car being finished at 4. My car didn’t end up being ready until 6. Monte made sure to give me updates on my car and showed sincerity with my car taking longer than expected. He was great!

I was not notified in a timely manner regarding further maintenance of my car. After 2.5 hours I had to go to the cashier to inquire about the status of my car. I was in the building the entire time, sitting near Starbucks. I understand that it was a busy day, however, I don't think the rep should continue to ask a client (me) to spend more money when I am already annoyed with the service (this happened after i asked the cahier about the status of my car and a callback occurred 10 minutes later). And, it is very strange that after I had my car, I was getting text about the filter. Why did the rep, or someone not send text earlier, letting me know the status of my car? Or at least try to find me waiting inside the building. I am unsure who dropped the ball. If it was a lack of communication from the mechanics or who ever keeps tract on the status of each car. I have taken my car for service before and this has never happened, nor have had to ask about my car, 2.5 hours later.

They didn’t do my 25 thousand service cuz I went over 26700 I believe the lady said that I need to pay if I want it so I didn’t has no choice to do the 30 thousand service it is sad that you guys didn’t provide my service in my car if I went over it is my problem no your it doesn’t matter it is my car you guys has to provide the sirve ????????????.
