If an appointment is made for a regular oil change, it should never take longer than 60-90 minutes for a service where somebody is waiting. It appears that the service people are being overbooked... it took 30 minutes just to get my car checked in! Waiting in a line for 30 minutes when an appointment is made is absurd.

The service guy added additional charge service before confront me, however I found out it before process. Also I had mention to fix a minor problem of my car, but when I get my car back, seem no one ever mention to technician about it. The service guy has no heart on the job.

I want to fix my tire. It only needs to be repaired, but the repairman asked me to change the tire and said it could not be repaired. By the time I repaired it in other assistant factories, I didn't need to change the tire at all. I don't know why Lono needed me to change the tire.
