Poor communication regarding car delivery schedule and car took 2 full days to repair. I spoke with Paul LeBlanc and Ana who handled my concerns very professionally and with great understanding. Will still come back to Longo for service as I have for the past 16 years but will avoid Ryan and Ethan if I can.
