They made mention of reading manual. My manual does not even address the assist seat-and Alec does not return my call x2 when I ask abt what or where in manual. Repair was fine but more discussion /explanation not forthcoming. It was with much effort just to get the van towed to your place(after 4 tow trucks) and Toyota care not that efficient-reason why so many came in the first place. And now they tell me it’s something I might have fixed myself had I read the manual!!! What manual or where in my manual!!!
