For the first time I was not satisfied. I drive out there from dtla. My swrvice was about an hour or less which was shocking. I picked up my car, no car wash. Tried getting a shuttle they closed at 3 so took a lydt to go shopping. 48 minutes in i get a call my car is ready. Fast but ok . I lyft back asap. Today there's a weird sound iny tires. I have to go back again tomorrow. I'm a teacher so I'm in super tired mode after work. Planned a Trip to Vegas this weekend so wanted to check car before leaving but now its taking too much time

I was suppose to get new brakes since the last device l had l was told that l would need them so the service guy gave me a rental car and he was suppose to call me when it was ready instead he called a wrong number when l called finally to see if the car was ready the service guy tells me the brakes were never done l was very angry because he should have told me to wait a hour when l came in to see if the brakes really needed it when l brought the car in by 8:20 in the morning l don’t think l should wait 5 hours for service on a week day either bad service it’s not the first time l have brought my car in for service we have 5 cars bought st lingo l expect to be compassionated for this really bad service if l had monte doing my device when l came in Tuesday this would have never happened. I would appreciate someone calling us for more information on what happened that day

I had an appointment at 9:15 am, my car was ready at 3:23 pm. I took way too long. I wasted the entire day, I could not run any errands because I had no car.
At 2:40 pm, they had additional recommendations, I was so frustrated from the long wait, that I declined, I would’ve done the additional recommendations if they would have informed me 2 hours earlier but because it took over 6 hours I just wanted to leave. I think they overbooked their appointments because they can’t service the cars in a timely matter. I was very dissatisfied with the wait time. I don’t want to go back.
