The experience with the service pick up was poor. There are 4 employees and 2 helping customers 5 people in line and 2 are doing paperwork not helping to provide customers service. I address the young lady sitting at the computer and asked for her help. She was rude and stared I'm closed and turned her nose up. This is not the service I normally receive and I called for a manager.

I had a battery 84 months i had called befire going and was tild it was covered under warranty so i made appointment went in only to be told your 84 month battery only good 2 yrs and i have to pay $120 for another battery that wont last 84months. Just not satisfued with what Toyota reps say to sell stuff like the extended service warranty.
