The wait time for a simple windshield crack repair was unnecessarily long. Not to mention The crack was not fully repaired. I also asked the Tech to take a look at the issues regarding my AC and was simply told a “blower” needs to be replaced and to make another appointment to fix it. No reason why, is it under warranty, how the fix will go nothing. 2 out of 5

She gave us an excellent overview of the inspection process and referred us to Victor Smith when we expressed interest in a new 4Runner. Mandi kept us updated via phone for repair approvals and parts availability.
