I paid 304$ for a service I did not need. I was not told that because my car is a lease, my maintenance should be free, or at least a minimum fee. Instead I paid a4 maintenances. Andrew was very frendly and courteous, he gave me all the details of my service and sent me to the reception desk and a valet driver took my car to the wash rack and took care of my vehicle, Andrew take care of the payment and send it to the cashiers and the let me know when my car was ready. When booking the appointment online. You guys still had a selection for a rep who longer work there anymore. Also despite having Toyota care and a appointment for 3:15pm. I was sent to the regular appointment line instead of Toyota care like last time when I had a nail in my tire. Had to wait a very long time. Way passed my appointment time. And even passed my promised pickup time which was 5pm.

Emilys service was spectacular. Her service was amazing. What makes me upset is that when i picked up my truck on friday and i got home, i notice a dent on my truck. Im not happy about that and i expect and explanation and for you guys yo take ownership of the issue since my truck didnt have a dent when i took it to you guys. I called friday to report it.
