Roy Wu did not address my concerns about my vehicle. He seemed to only care about the fees involved with the services due on my vehicle. When asked about his professional opinion about brakes, he did not have much knowledge on the issue and said "it's going to cost 45$ to check your brakes." When asked how important my vehicle recall was, he said "well, it's recommended by toyota, just like your 120k mile spark plug replacement."
As a service advisor / assistant manager(?), he was unable to provide me the basic service information that I needed - which I am usually content with at Longo Toyota. This experience made me cancel my recommended services (filter/spark plug/oil change) and I will likely go elsewhere for basic service needs/questions.

I requested when filling out the service request That my truck be washed. When I received my truck upon payment it had not been washed, the person who brought my truck up for delivery took it back and had it washed. He did a great job and Jason did a good job with the service requests.
