I prepaid maintenance but was told it expired and had to pay. I came home and found it actually expires in 2021, so your rep was wrong. I was also told you’d wash my car but you didnt. I’m not happy.

The service experience with Mandi Davis was good. She was quick to provide detailed information for my ToyotaCare 5K service. Marissa Zelaya initially greeted me and handled the arrival process fast, which was great. Then I was connected to Mandi for the rest of the service.

After install and starting to pick up the car i discovered the cargo box would not allow the rear hatch to open without hitting the box. Rigo from parts took the car back to service where the tech attenpted to adjust. He was unsucessful. Rigo then recomended an alt cargo box and it was switched out. Why didnt the service dept check and ensure that the box fit properly before delivering the car to me. 4 hours to properly install the box. Very happy with rigo and the parts dept. Not so much with the service dept. Not what i expect from penske. I travel to longo from Temecula for the quality of service that Longo has always had in the past

He gave the experience a person touch. This why I come from marina Del Rey to Longo when Toyota marina Del Rey is just a half mile from my home!

Marissa was wonderful . Took the time to explain , the cashier to pick up my car was the issue . She basically threw them at me to sign and didn’t even bother explaining anything about the car like yesterday when I went in for my other car . Totally unacceptable
