Mandi checked me in and I never heard from her again. I dealt with another man named JJ. He never said she asked to get in touch with me about my car. Never mentioned her at all. I never heard from her except when I first drove in. My many experiences with Longo Toyota has been whoever checks me in, keeps me apprised of the issues about my car. I have never been treated with such disinterest.

Everyone I talked to was great and very helpful and made me feel like a priority. Danny also reached out multiple times to make sure I had gotten his message that the car was ready. My only problem is that the car's problem returned 12 hours later, and it's difficult to get the car towed back to El Monte. But Danny and everyone else was great, I have no complaints about them, it's the actual work on the car that i wasn't satisfied with.
