My RAV4 is 2019 and just got it two (2) weeks ago.
First week: The radio system was malfunction, it turns ON and OFF by its self every ten seconds then radio System Panel gets frozen I couldn't event change or using any button.
Second week since I bought this new vehicle (RAV4 ADVENTURE 2019) I decided to take it to LONGO TOYOTA for Service in order to resolve this electrical issue.
Longo Toyota Service Department has been trying to repair this Radio System malfunction issue but they couldn't.
Finally, they decided to replace a special part or the whole Radio System Unit because they couldn't fixed it since the first time.
I've visited Longo Toyota four (4) times already into two (2) days.
I'm very disappointed with experience of This new Toyota RAV4 ADVENTURE 2019.
I really like this kind of Vehicle (RAV4 ADVENTURE 2019) but I'm not sure to get a second vehicle same kind for my wife.
We'll see .........
