I was a walk in with no appt and Alexis Orso was very kind and helpful and showed great customer service to me! Alexis greated me with a smile and ready to serve his customer.also let me know alot about my vehicle and before i even showed him my coupon he was already on top of it..I live Adelanto California! And instead of going to VICTOR vally Toyota to which there people skills and customer service is very bad and disappointing .I prefer to drive very farr and spend my hard working money on great customers service!! Roy was great! The guys handling the shuttle were bad: I was never called to get the shuttle (even though I ordered it). I asked for the manager, but he did nothing either. Then I got a call 3 hours later that a shuttle was waiting in front of my house but I never got a rode from the service center... so that was a fiasco, but Roy was great, very helpful, and even gave me a Starbucks card. The shittle people need better training and oversight; Roy deserves a raise.
