It wasn’t Elizabeth’s fault - but the wait to confirm my warranty work on the radio took too long to get to the point where I finally drove with the supervisor to duplicate the issue. I was there for the 15K maintenance which was done. I was there for over 4 hours already before offering to drive and duplicate issue. I decided not to wait any longer to then try to fix it. I will likely have my wife take the vehicle to another dealership for this work.
