I had my car detailed and they didn't put any conditioner on my leather seat. I had spoken to his associate who was supposed to have him call me the next day. It has been 10 days and I haven't heard one word from anyone on that team. I specifically stated I wanted the seat condition when I requested the detail. I will never let Longo detail my car again.
