I bought my car in the Toyota dealership in Claremont and would get my car serviced there, but was really unsatisfied with how long they would take. One time 5 hours, without letting me know it would take that long and without offering me a shuttle to leave. I never thought I'd go back to any Toyota dealerships. I started getting my oil changed at a nearby mechanic. I had to go in for a recall and Alex helped me last time and kept me updated on everything, told me I could take the shuttle home because it would take 3 hours. The whole experience at Toyota was so fast and efficient, I was very surprised and pleased. I went back to get my oil changed today and, again, I was very happy with the service. Thank you.

The technician never told me how long my service was going to be. I waited 3 hrs and 45 min to get my car. When I called his desk several time, technician never called me back or picked up my phone call. I went to the front desk ask for the progress of my car about 2 hrs in waiting and she was unable to give me any information because she also couldn’t get a hold of the tech either.
