I had a question to finance service this morning. I forgot a name but the finance manager who helped me was really helpful. I feel badly for not remembering his name but I want to thank him. Also everyone I interacted with today were very helpful. I never feel pressure to do extra service unless it is necessary. And that’s important to me. And I do appreciate donuts, coffee and a water bottle! So thank you.

I just felt there could have been a better explanation for why they would not replace the Engine Air Filter and the A/C Filter while I was still under coverage. It made me feel like I was being held hostage into a two year renewal. I don’t think that is a strategic way to earn someone’s business. Although I have plans to renew, I don’t like to feel like I was forced into it. If you knew this was your last day of coverage for toyotacare, wouldn’t you want to have all your systems up to date? The lady told me that if I wanted to replace these parts, that I would have to pay out of pocket. But why doesn’t toyotacare cover that?

First, I made an appointment thinking it was less waiting time and had brought my parents along with me who were just here on vacation. My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. This was a long 4 hours and promised lesser time wait. I could of had someone to pick us up instead of waiting or maybe did services another day. Second, After checking an update, I was promised in 20 minutes my car would be done. I was called to the pickup counter and turn in my receipt to the gentleman up front. The staff had me aware that my car was still not done and he had apologized about the extra wait. I then waited for another 15 minutes. When my car pulled up, I asked the staff about my car being washed and they took it back to get it washed. It came back again dripping all over and car was not clean at all. I was very disappointed with my service I just took off without a complaint.
