I was not satisfied with the service advisor’s answers to my questions. Everything was answered in a negative manner until I told him I would just go somewhere else for service. Then all of a sudden he said he would talk to his manager. Not sure I will return to Longo Toyota for service or purchase.

Why we should do apoiment if is beter with out apoiment. Why take them tree hours to complete my service. When I got there at 9am because my apoiment was at 9am there was a big line for apoiments and for no apoiments it was like 5 cars only.

Issue was not fixed and was disatisfied. My 2019 camry se is new and the brakes squeak already after coming to stop. I think the manufacturer did poor job on my brakes, not sure if doesnt have enough lube or the calipers need to be replaced or adjusted. This is my first and maybe last toyota ill buy, brakes shouldnt squeak if car is brand new

The service was great! BUT I am unsatisfied because the problem was not fixed. My battery is still leaking acid and the acid is damaging the clamp sub. This can cause more and/or greater problems.

I went in for my 10,000 complimentary service. Waited for a long time and when I came back with my car, I found one of the tire valve caps was missing. Then I checked the other tires, and all of them were loose. I don’t know what kind of work they performed on my car and how they did it, but I do know that it was very unprofessional and I was very upset with the experience.
