To be honest, longo Toyota service department frustrates me very much. I don’t understand how you book your service appointment s where we have to wait for 2 to 3 hours. I was told over the phone by making an appointment I wasn’t going to have to wait that long but then I get there and I am told the waiting period is 2 to 3 hours. I was not happy. Thank God for Edward lopez. He made it all better for me. He got me an Uber bc I live 8 miles from longo. Edward listened to my concerns. He was very sympathetic and in the end provided the best service for me. Next time I need to take my car in, I want Edward lopez to help me.
