Jeff was very nice but I felt the service has really declined in regards to time . Original time promised was 11am but he then said ok 1040. We waited and then got a ride and returned because we waited so long for the shuttle .we waited waited in the pick up area and I had to talk to the staff 3-4 times. They called the billing and they said 5 minutes . We waited another 30 minutes . I didn’t get the car until 1135. Everyone is very friendly but I think too many employees are just on break . Too many on break at 8 am . I don’t understand . Even if they come in at 5am seems too early to be on break to get coffee . I think I will getting my service closer to home .
