I am so disappointed that your staff are not honest by not informing me that they broke the radio antenna of my pickup truck. I am the owner and I deserve to know when there’s something wrong with my vehicle. While I was driving home I noticed the any radio channel wasn’t playing clear at all. When I got home I noticed that the antenna was broken and they just tried to fixed and the materials they used is not even matching and maybe they are hoping I won’t notice the damage they made to my antenna. I contacted Longo to report the incident and I was so surprised with attitude of the staff. The staff didn’t even apologize but instead he just told me to bring back and we will fix it. We are 13 to 14 miles away from the dealership one way. I am expecting they can offer a service by picking up my car or at least compensate me with my time and the mileage they cause for breaking my antenna. I hope they should train their staff to first apologize for what happened. But it is such a bad experience that they don’t know how to apologize at all. We bought total of 6 cars from Longo and we always go back for service at the same location even it’s far but like I said everything changed now knowing your staff is not being honest at all.
