I bought the car from Longo for about three weeks and discovered that there was a paint defect on the front left door. No other closer Toyota dealer would take care of the problem because I bought it from you. You kept my car for more the a week and you cannot provide a loaner car for me all this time. You can’t even provide meone way transportation back to you when my car was ready for pick up. Bad customer service in my view. Remember the car was only about three weeks old. I could have demand to return the car back to you and request for a new one instead.
