Manager was amazing very professional good in customer service. Usually i never go to the dealer to fix my car , this is my first time in toyota of longo my experience was really wonderful toyota of longo was totally different from other car customer service everything was different. Toyota of longo is the best of d best it confidence between me and toyota of longo keep up the good work. What a wonderful experience from longo.

Im willing to talk but this issue is something that could be addressed on my previous visit. We went for drive test...the alignment wasnot acceptable, the foreman agreed, they re-did it and still bad, just a little bit driveable...that brought the noise, problems with front tires, i know my car is old but I have always take good care of the car.
