Even with an appointment it takes too long. I spent 5 hours just for regular maintenance. That is the only issue. The service quality was excellent as usual.

I was excited to have my car detailed. It looks beautiful (and runs very well) at 225,000 miles! The car was given to me when it was practically new by a Christian lady. I think of this verse now when I think about my car: "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it." (Proverbs 10:22) I really have had no sorrow with this car!

Mandi is the nicest person I have met in your service area, she is very helpful n goes out of way to help out, she listened to my concerns and answered my questions like no other person in her position did before, furthermore she helped me with discounts. I was rushed because I was with my 92 year old mother, so it was going to take 40 minutes to bring my car out, she offered to get pull it out for me. She knows what good service is all about!. You need more people like her!. From now on I only would ask for her to help me when I need to service the car
