The service advisor messed up the service package deals. She told me that it’ll be 199 for three services, but later called and apologized that she made a mistake, instead of 199 it’ll be 329 for three services. She did explained to me why but this was definitely not a good start. I was told that my car should be ready in 1 and half hours, my appointment was at 10:45 so I assumed it’ll be ready at the latest of 12:30. However I did not receive my car until 2:00 PM. Not sure why it took longer than before, maybe because it got a filter change ? But three hours was way more that I expected.

Alex was cordial but absent on third visit. Spent $450 for recalibrated blind spot monitor that lasted 8 days. On that third visit replacement service technician said that bracket holding sensor “...could be a millimeter off, so sensor wouldn’t work.” So repair department couldn’t adjust sensor a millimeter (what’s that a washer added?) and recalibrate it to work again? They just said to take it back and return if I wanted further service. I’m not spending any more time and money for poor service.
