Eric seemed like a fun energetic guy filled with alot of kindness. He made me feel as if I actually belonged in Longo Toyota. The way he spoke made it seem as if I knew him my whole life. Eric Chung did an exceptional job!

I made an appointment a week in advance for 11:30 AM. When I made it to my appointment before 11:30 AM I didn’t get my car until after 3 PM I think it’s ridiculous that I waited over three hours with an appointment for my car to get service for an oil change and a tire rotation.
