There was a mistake on the invoice that I only caught when my car was being brought up from service. The bill should have been about $200 and was written up for approximate $300. I took it back to the desk and the service agent added it up a few times and agreed that it was inflated she made the corrections and I’m told I will get credited in 7 days or so.
She apologized for “the inconvenience”. There was no apology or explanation of the mistake. I felt that the mistake was managed lackadaisically.
