My service agent was terrific. As usual the service was completed and I was kept informed. That is why I travel from Long Beach to Longo. The car pick up experience was terrible. I rate it 1 out 10 with 10 being best. It took me 25 minutes to get the car AFTER I paid for the services. One woman who paid her bill after I did got her car within a few minutes. I guess she knew the valet in charge. I waited and waited. There were other people making comments about the long wait. This needs to be fixed. You have such a nice building where you pay the bill. Too bad the car pick up process takes soooo long.
