I was very satisfied with the service on my vehicle. So far everything worked out well. I wish I could be afforded more discounts on service cost. I was interested in maybe trading in my vehicle for a new vehicle but I was given a very low value price. So I will look elsewhere to sell my vehicle. I have been a Longo Toyota owner since 1972 when you were located on valley blvd. I like Longo and look forward to a longer relationship through the years.

I clearly explained. To Alex that I have an add for the service and that my car is a 4 cylinder . In the end Toyota charge me a different price . After I explain that have an add for 38.88 the front desk man said he will fix it and yet it come out the wrong price saying that my car was a 6 cylinder and yet he have to fix the price for the third time to have the correct amount for me. I am not happy????
