I reported master control switch malfunction and the times wasn’t corrected . The malfunction exits since I took the truck out the lot and after a few visits the item want been corrected. The Bluetooth sound is also an issue, when a caller goes into the system I can barely hear callers, it appears to be a configuration issue but yet hasn’t been corrected.

Will it really make a difference if I tell you why I was not satisfied. The entire day was bad and Noli didn’t care to make it good service Robert his manager knows what happened. This is why I have and choose to go to Toyota of Orange. I know one unsatisfied customer will not make Longo care or change what and how I was treated, so again I say.... will it really make a difference ??? NOT!! Highly likely

This has been the second time the mechanic breaks something to my car and does not let anyone know. If I wouldn’t have inspected my car before leaving I don’t know what would’ve happened. That’s not something profesional from Longo team. I would’ve appreciated to be told whenever something broke and have it repaired at any convenient time for both parties. I am very disappointed and will take my car to another place for next maintenance service.
