Juan was great, heard me out and reassured me that my car was perfectly fine. He also offered to be contacted directly if I noticed anything odd about my car after the 10k service. I was worried that something went wrong after I accidentally backed up over some wooden floorboards and it scraped my underbelly, making a loud noise. I was also concerned that my bumpy commute effected my tires but no, just turns out they weren’t inflated to 35 psi.
Juan and the team has helped put my mind at ease when I was getting anxious for no reason. Thank you.

I am not happy or satisfied at all with the car service that I have been receiving with Longo Toyota. I have spent so much money for multiple items that need to be fixed in the car that they “told” me I need to get fixed. Even after the multiple items and the tons of money I have spent and changed because of the same problem that I have been having for again... the past 3-4 years, I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!! My car still shakes to this day even after all the stuff they “fixed”. ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT IT ALL HAD TO BE CHANGED AGAIN!!!! I HAD TO SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TIME FOR THE PARTS THAT WERE CHANGED LESS THAN 4 YEARS AGO!! I ONLY DRIVE THE CAR FOR 10 MILES ROUND TRIP!!! I don’t understand how a business such as Toyota be so incompetent. You can’t even decipher the difference between a brake change and a wheel alignment. How are you in business and not know how to change/fix the problem on a car... oh yeah STEAL PEOPLES MONEY! As you can see, to answer your question, I am not satisfied with my service at all, I haven’t been for the past 4 years. I tell you all the time I am completely unsatisfied about my service but nothing ever changes.

Service was on time however checking in the car was not as I expected. I’ve been a loyal customer and for some reason today a different. I felt so uneasy and felt that they need to finish those with appointments before they attend to those with out like myself. I don’t think it’s right to prioritize them when I have been waiting for 20 minutes. I don’t expect my car to be service before them but I a simple acknowledgement that they will attend to us soon and maybe advise our standing. Nobody approached me before I was attended and this I observed this with other cars with no appointment. Service was done on time as committed. I’m happy with your mechanic as well as the shuttle service. If not for them this service would be one of the worse. I hope you will address this by assigning a person for those without appointments.
