The customer service i received from martin was very unpleasant. He was not helpful and portrayed a “ I don’t care” attitude. I observed him helped another customer and pretty much showed the same customer service and attitude. Did not care for questions he will answer right away and cut you off. He did not keep me updated with what was going with my truck and he told me information that was not accurate. My family is a loyal customer of Longo Toyota and I have never encounter this kind of situation with other service advisors.
