Eric was great and I’m happy with work done. The only issue was when I called and spoke to a different person to make a 9:45am appointment, I was not told how long they would need the car. I understood it was a relatively fast procedure (updating audio system to CarPlay), but when I got there I was told I wouldn’t get my car back until around 3pm because they probably wouldn’t get to my car until about 1pm. As a result I had to pay $50 in Lyft fares to Pasadena and back in order to avoid waiting at the dealership all day. It would be nice if the appointment time was closer to the time they actually would start work on my car (I wouldn’t have minded waiting 2 hours at the dealership, but 5 hours is too long). Why not just make the appointment for 1pm if that’s when the car will be seen? Customers pay a lot of money at your dealership, so making things easier for us when possible is appreciated. It would also be nice to get some indication about how long a service would take when calling to make an appointment. I hope you’ll consider this feedback. I’m excited to have CarPlay in my car and Eric was great to work with!

I arrived at 10:00 this morning. I was only finished at 15:30 in the afternoon. I just changed the oil. I am a new beautiful Kirin tire. I have a four-wheel balance positioning check. I wasted five and a half hours. This work is too inefficient. I don't like it too slowly.

Overall, very happy with the work done and how well my car is running now. One thing that bothers me is that I always ask if the car was washed and the answer is yes - but half the time it is not washed. I had to leave this time so I couldn’t wait around like before to have it washed after I point that it wasn’t. This makes me wonder if other things are not being done - even though I am told that they were, like rotating the tires, etc.
