I usually trust Longo advisor to recommend me to do whatever services I need to do for my car each 6 months and I never checked. This time I found out (after I compared it to my last time by my self) that some service like center-steam clean engine I just did it 6 months ago (with so many services that cost me around $600). This time same advisor from last time added center-steam clean engine service again along with Tune-up basic(100000mi) (not sure what it is - might be included the same thing I did last time ) and it also cost me around $600. I walked back to tell this advisor that the service I just did last time and so now he checked the history of my services to see and removed it. This show me Longo not really check and care before suggest customer for the services. Since last time service in March I drive only 800 miles and I am not sure those services really necessary for my car, but I don't think this advisor really care to check. I go to do the services with Longo because I trust and I think they care and suggest only necessary and help me save money. I am very disappointed and am not sure I will go back again.

This was a return visit from a standard service done about a month ago. Drip molding on the roof needed to be replaced under warranty and the part was not in stock. Although I did not have an appointment, I made sure to arrive when the service center opened at 7a. I waited for 40 minutes before the truck was taken. It was finally completed at 12:15p. I was told this was a 15 minute job and to allow 2-3 hours. In my opinion this was too long and expectations were not communicated properly. All in all I don’t believe Jeffrey was entirely at fault.

Assured to be finish by 1pm , received a call around 130pm it will be finished around 2 pm.. past 2 pm..still waiting. ..nothing.. I went to cashier .. to check status..saying finishing up the car… got the car around three.. not even have the chance to have lunch Because of waiting and waiting!!!
