Today I need to do oil change but they give me inspection service I ask my Toyota extra care platinum cover oil Change or not he said it not cover ok I ask again how much I have to pay? After he tell me how much I have to pay I think he will do oile change for me but after I come home and check the oil level they fill but it still dark that mean they not do oil change for me. I’ll not do service hear anymore I appointment here because my wife car she has appointment here. Feel bad .

I came in to get my car service. In my last service, my service advisor, Daniel, told me the one that I will be going to today will be my last free service under Toyota care warranty. I asked him if it still applies if I’m over the 25,000 miles and he said it will be fine since Covid extended. I scheduled my service last week and was told that my service was free.
The morning of my service I got Teddy as my service advisor. He seemed like he was in a rush and was not as friendly in comparison to the previous service advisors that I had before. He kept talking to my boyfriend as if he was the car owner. He told my boyfriend that my service was not going to be free and instead of explaining that his colleagues misinformed me, he just kept saying that I was lucky that my Toyota care was extended because of COVID and kept repeating this 3 times. I was hoping he would of put some effort into giving me a solution but instead just escalated it to his manager and they offered us the last service free if we buy Toyota Care Plus. I just signed the papers because he rushed me without even letting me consult with my dad about the price.
I’m upset since he kept talking to my boyfriend as if I did not understand anything and his customer service was terrible. I really hope when I return for my service, I never get him again.
