Four and a half hours to change oil? I had an appointment, you knew I was coming that amount of time wasted seemed excessive. Then I had my car washed just a few days earlier so it wasn’t all that dirty but you are not washing cars and I got it back with greasy hand smudges all over it from your mechanics. I have been a long time Lexus service customer but if this is what I can expect from the Toyota side of your house I think I’ll need to find someone else to service my vehicle.
