I made an appointment at 2:30 pm. No one helped me until 2:45 pm while I was waiting for someone to check me in. I was told a simple oil change will take 2 hours (first ever service) and it took over 3 hours before I got my vehicle and I had to complain to customer service before they got my vehicle which I had to wait another 20 minutes.
Worse service ever. I would avoid going to service my vehicle at Longo in the future.
