My 2 TRD tire caps on rear tires are missing. They replace the tire cover coz the tech cracked it when replacing the rear tire. I requested for a detailed car wash & was surprised that they didn’t vacuumed well, I saw all the crumbs when I was putting the car seat and there was still crumbs everywhere. My weather tech mat was place at the trunk. I have to put it on the driver’s side! I leave messages on his voicemail but but didn’t got a return call. It took awhile and need to call him many times. I thought they don’t need to replace my front brake set so I was expecting that I don’t have to pay just for car wash! There was a misunderstanding. Not clearly explained. Not satisfied!!!

Mandi is a fabulous service rep! Unfortunately, I was charged for a dent repair and the dent was not touched and I was charged for the repair that didn’t occur. I reported the problem to her partner Nester who will be forwarding the pictures to her. Nester said that I would be refunded for the dent repair and that the dent would still be fixed. I appreciate Mandi’s service but not the repair that I did not receive. I look forward to getting this corrected and I hope you all can figure out the break down so this doesn’t happen to another customer.
