I was there to get the emission recall service. I got the pink slip for the emission but they didn’t write the Manufacture and recall number on there, which makes my trip to the DMV difficult. I need just the name and the recall number so I called my service consultant guy named Biagio, but he has his phone off. So I called the service number ****-****-xxxx. A girl picked up the phone, I explained all the situation and saying that I’m at the DMV and they need the manufacture name and recall number. She said I have to go back to get the form. I told her that I have the form, I just need the number. She makes the situation super stressful. I called the service consultant number again. Alex picked up and he’s very helpful and nice. I don’t have to waste my time back to the dealership and back to the DMV. Overall It was a stressful beginning that Biagio has his phone off during the service hour. And the operator not being cooperative. But Alex is super helpful at the end.

Despite numerous calls and voice messages left over 2 weeks, I was never informed of the status of my car or even when the work was completed. It took a call to the service manager before anyone contacted me. This has certainly changed my opinion of Longo after all these years.
