Mandi is great. One of my concerns was the cost of my replacement tires. Mandi explained to me my options and showed me how I could utilize my reward points to get a good deal. We agreed on a set of tires and I set up an appointment to come in. While I was waiting for my rental car, Mandi called me and said a set of take-offs became available for an even better price. I jumped at it. Mandi is always looking out for the best interests of the guest and in providing exceptional customer service. Thanks again Mandi!

The Longo Toyota Service Representative was very professional, helpful and informative. From the customer lounge I could see my vehicle being serviced. It completed in a timely manner.
After the technician completed service maintenance, I had to wait 45 minutes before obtaining my vehicle. After being notified my vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to wait approximately 25 minutes before driving off. I inquired if my vehicle would be washed and was informed yes. When I received my vehicle, it had not been washed as instructed. So, why did it take so long to pick up my vehicle. I wasted 45 minutes waiting. With that my service was very poor.
