Ethan was good. The problem was the speedometer was reading 115 when I was going with traffic on the freeway after leaving Longo. I had to drive all the way back from Duarte to Longo to get the car checked out again. Ethan pushed a button to change the reading from kilometer to miles. That was a quick & easy fix, but I had to rearrange my after schedule to make time, spend gas, try to remain calm to make extra, unnecessary trips. Please remind the service guys to not make this mistake again in the future. I was scared driving on the freeway.

The customer service I received from Biagio is the difference between a having a bad impression with a dealership to wanting to continue to do business there. He was very professional and optimistic.
